His favourite food is lobster and his favourite wine is Amoronie. He visits Villefranche, Monaco and Quinta de Lago every year and also Montecatini in Tuscany. He eats lunch most days in the Oar House in Howth and his local pub is O’Connells"

“Can we put her on horseback, with just a veil for the bride bit streaming out behind her, as if she was in a horse race. She should be wearing red and white colours on her riding jacket , but instead of a whip in her hand a mobile phone .
Behind on the side she is riding from, a betting board and bookie. The bookie should have his back to us but be bald and have diving flippers instead of shoes! She should be riding towards a bit of the Cork coastline, sea hills etc, and there should be the temple on the top. Is that all possible?”
