Finished Framed Caricature …
Cartoon on Glossy A3 paper. Faces drawn from the photos the customer emailed to me. The rest of the drawing was based on her suggestions - the bus, the church background, the shopping bags etc. Size is 12x16 inches approx. Usually completed in 1 week.
Hi Brendan...just a quick note to say the caricature went down a treat. My sister asked me for your contact details she was so impressed with your drawing. Thanks again for 'rushing' the job...appreciate it” - Mary
Wedding cartoon on Glossy A3. The background is Ballintotis Church, Midleton, where they got married. The adding machine is a reference to him being an accountant. Shopping bags for her.
Quality photographic paper 11.7x16.5 inches. Inkjet printing.

“So the guys are married a few months. Cormac he's a successful musician/DJ/producer (under DJ Kormac / Kormac's Big Band). Triona is a sales Director in the Conrad (who recently won a big award so any kinda cup would be good), loves wine. Would be deadly if you could put a gangsta gold chain on Triona with 'T' on it”
The background is the courtyard of Trinity College Dublin, with the chapel behind. I did the wedding date in a chalk effect on the cobblestones, in front of the couple.
“I have gotten you to do a few caricatures before. I was wondering if I could get you again please. Their names are Mary and Mick. Date of wedding is the 26th Oct '18, church is Caim. Her dress is long sleeve lace pretty much all over”
“I’ve attached a number of photographs for a couple’s caricature we’d like to order.
I was thinking of having a cow in the background and they’re both farmers and teachers, so maybe a sign next to the cow saying moo-inteoirí? And a signpost with Templetuohy and Killeagh. Their names are Philip and Aoife and the date of the wedding was 5/1/18. Also, would there be anywhere we could put in Cork and Tipperary colours? Templetuohy church in the background”
“Hi I like your cartoon style for the guest signing. I see the sample one of a couple with the church and the cow in the background. Love it. Only thing it's short notice. For 2 weeks time."
"I got it Brendan, fab and delighted with it" - Marie😉
“I would just like the bride in a wedding dress holding a glass of champagne, the groom in a suit with maybe a Tipperary flag around him and a GAA football beside him? Also the little girl in a flower dress holding a Tipperary flag if possible?“
““That's absolutely perfect very happy with that” - Sarah
“Hi. My sister is getting married in August and I was hoping to get a pic of her and her husband to be. The background would be Sydney Australia with maybe the Opera house and the Harbour bridge in shot if possible. Maybe even just a small drawing of a helicopter over these landmarks, as that’s where they got engaged. Also a nice touch would be a sign post with their home areas Charlestown, Co Mayo, and Ballinagh Co.Cavan as four destinations on the sign post. I was thinking maybe Mayo and Cavan could be written as gaelige Mhaigh Eo and An Cabhán”
“Excellent work. Everything looks better than I had even hoped” - Damien
“Hiya present will be for a wedding If u have any ideas.. the couple run a pub together “the mill house. It’s in Tuam”
“Perfect thanks a million Brendan for all your help” - Sarah
“Hi! My friends are getting married on the 11th of august and i would love this as part of their gift. The groom is into weight lifting and he is a carpenter...the bride loves to lie on the couch and is always on her phone...the funnier the better for this one would be great. Could u include the date of the wedding as well and maybe have them in their wedding outfits?? I can send on some pictures whenever you need them”
“That’s Brilliant. Thanks a million for your help I think its great idea as a gift!” - Kelly Ann
